Brazetek Plate Heat Exchangers are engineered and manufactured utilizing the latest technological advancements and can be used for a variety of applications.

Stainless steel plates are vacuum brazed together to withstand high pressure and temperature variations. Adjoining plates are turned 180 degrees and create two separate channels with two media in between. The unique desig n of the plates allows the heat exchanger to operate with turbulent flow. It helps to keep particles in suspension even at low flow rates and prevents them from settling; thus, creating a self-cleaning, self-descaling effect. The smooth surface of stainless steel plates also lowers potential fouling.

Every unit is pressure tested and leak tested to ensure uninterrupted performance and long life.
